What a delightful experience. We needed a new gate opener-ours was 25 years old and died. I thought we needed a more expensive heavier one but Sentry folks said not necessary which saved alot of money. It works great. Andrew who installed it was great at explaining things and leaving my driveway and site of old machine immaculate. He programmed my car which has home link. And when he first showed up, I was leaving and he got out of his truck and opened the gate for me which was appreciated since I did not know my husband had set up appointment. Really nice people and know their business. Their number is in my cell phone so I can let people know.. He even went over and checked out something for our neighbor. So, we have an automatic swing gate on our driveway that was installed approximately 18 years ago, we've struggled with it opening and closing in good order. We had numerous companies look at it and say we had to replace the whole unit. We called Sentry and Greg sent Andrew out who diagnosed the problem, recommended the solution, performed the repair according to his recommendation and quote, was highly professional. Gate works the best I've ever seen it and made my life so much better. Highly highly highly recommend them.

Both the owner and technician are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door motor had failed and the lift arm was bent so badly we could not even manually open the door, so my wife's car was trapped in the garage. Despite a scheduling hiccup Greg made sure someone came out the same day, and immediately scheduled all the necessary repairs so she did not have to park in the driveway for more than a day. Our garage door works perfectly now, we could not be more pleased.

We love our new driveway gate opening system. We are also pleased with the replacement of the posts supporting the former gate system. Upon completion of the work the gentlemen installing the system provided a quick on-site class to ensure I knew how to operate the system. Operating documentation was also included! The work was started and completed ahead of schedule and expectation. I recommend this company! Thank you .

This is the first time I've used this company, but I needed someone to fix an electric gate that was incorrectly installed, and the technician came a day before he was scheduled, was very thorough in his explanation of what he repaired, and was friendly on top of all that. The technician Andrew, was excellent! I would refer this company to anyone who needs gate installation, repair, etc.!

The owner has really been a life saver. She has gone out of her way in helping to get our HOA phone entry system fixed. Her tech people even have been working with AT&T to get the problem straighten out. We have had our electric gates worked on by them too. Her service people have been prompt and reliable.
